Its substantial buoyancy and stability make it ideal for supporting sensors, data loggers, telemetry units, and complex ocean monitoring systems, including multi-instrument arrays and high-power scientific payloads.
Developed as part of the Seagull buoy range, the DB3000 is built using a modular base composed of four interlocking polyethylene quadrants, combined with a reinforced central steel core that links the lifting and mooring eyes. This engineering provides outstanding structural strength, ensuring reliable long-term performance in demanding offshore environments.
